The Dicey operation is the brainchild of brothers James and Matt Dicey who have both played integral roles in the Central Otago wine scene over the years. They certainly know their stuff and have put that to work to create the Dicey range of wines.
Their 2022 Bannockburn Pinot Gris is dry and loaded with ripe stonefruit notes. It's in great form now but will develop with a few years in the cellar.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Fragrant, varietal, spiced white fleshed fruits bouquet with a fine leesy and ginger spice quality and mineral quality. Crisp, refreshing and dry on the palate with flavours of pears and apple, plenty of quince with a moment of white nectarine then white spices with a dried herb and mineral complexity."
