2 litres of hand-crafted Central Otago Chardonnay, made from glorious Mendoza fruit from the legendary Black Rabbit site. This isn’t your average boxed wine - this is Dicey doing what Dicey does best: thoughtful winemaking with a big dose of attitude.
They’ve thrown the full chardonnay toolbox at this one: foot stomping, whole-bunch pressing, full solids, indigenous fermentation, full malolactic, and a few months of barrel stirring in old oak to bring it all together. The result is an elegant chardonnay that’s rich and characterful. It’s creamy. It’s textural. It’s beautifully balanced. And it now lives in a super-handy recycled cardboard cube that pours fresh up to four weeks after opening.
