Premium Sauv from the Te Muna Road terraces in Martinborough. The cooler climate of Martinborough and maturation in oak barrels has given this wine texture and complexity with a delicious line of minerality. An excellent match for fresh oysters or spicy thai food.

The winery writes "Aromas of white flowers and blossom enfold freshly cut peaches and passionfruit. On the palate, the fruit
and floral notes are bright and expressive, intertwined with hints of preserved lemon and key lime. The wine is fresh, elegant, and textural, with a saline minerality imparted by the river stones that it was grown on."
