90/100 | Natalie Maclean
Columbia Crest Grand Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 is a beautifully balanced Washington State Cabernet, showing classic varietal depth and polish. Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, dark cherry and subtle cedar lead into a generous palate layered with blackberry, cocoa and hints of vanilla spice. Fine-grained tannins and well-judged oak deliver structure without heaviness, finishing smooth and lingering. The kind of red that instantly levels up steak or pasta night!
