FIVE STARS 96/100 | Bob Campbell MW, The Real Reviews
FOUR STARS | Cuisine Magazine
In any conversation one of NZ's finest producers, Cloudy Bay has crafted a truly exceptional wine. Named after the famous dolphin Pelorus Jack and made from predominantly pinot noir, this is a must try wine. A benchmark for New Zealand Sparkling Rosé.

Bob Campbell, MW writes "Pale pink pinot noir dominant blend with subtle cherry, strawberry and toasty yeast autolysis flavours. Charming wine in a bone-dry style and with an ethereal texture and impressively lengthy finish. A serious fizz."
The winery writes "Pelorus Rosé is smooth and elegant, with a pale salmon hue and brambly aromas. The nose is laden with raspberries, cranberries and wild strawberries, while red florals, rosehip and marzipan hover at the fringe. Baked quince, cranberry and brioche meet citrus notes on the palate, while its fine structure persists all the way to a soft, dry finish."
