Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "This is a wine of splendid composure and harmony; the elegantly fragrant bouquet shows white flesh stone fruit, lemon peel, oatmeal, roasted cashew and subtle vanilla aromas, leading to a finely focused palate that’s creamy yet linear. Superbly structured by bright acidity, it finishes with sustained, complex flavours. At its best: 2025 to 2035."

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A distinctive bouquet with an immediate sense of youth and power, an array of scents from flint and lemon to red apple and white peach, to quince, lemon custard and barrel spices. Oak scents are part of the complexities and breath with fine layers of cashew nut and vanilla. A dry silky textured wine touches the palate first with flavours that reflect the bouquet beginning with nut and spice then citrus, a soft flintiness and stone fruits. Acidity is perfectly weighted through the palate adding freshness and a saline touch. Oak is present and provides some breadth, spice, fine tannins and complexity. As the wine becomes ambient and opens out on the palate the flavours and textures begin to melt together. A delicious wine that offers drinkability today or can be cellared offering best drinking from late 2024 through 2030+."

The winery writes "A fuller bodied Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity, savoury umami-like complexity and flinty minerality that gives the wine a long, lithe finish. With age, the wine will develop more complex, savoury nuttiness and will gain breadth and richness on the palate."
