Produced at the Elemental Distillery, in the heart of Marlborough wine country, this is a crisp and robust London Dry styled gin. It's batch distilled in a bespoke 200L copper pot-still after a 24 hour maceration period in a sustainable neutral spirit.
NZ Botanicals include, wildy foraged Kawakawa berried and Gorse flower, Motueka hops, Gisborne grapefruit and Hawkes Bay grown coriander seeds.
