Chateau Garage are making waves - a small-batch label crafting expressive, character-driven wines straight out of their Napier garage. This blend of Marzemino and Teroldego is Italian by origin but pure Hawke’s Bay in attitude.
Wild-fermented and matured in a single seasoned French oak puncheon, it’s bright and lifted with notes of cherry, blackberry, and violets, underpinned by subtle spice and savoury depth. Mid-weight, silky and energetic with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. Serve lightly chilled and watch it evolve beautifully in the glass.
