Crafted by the iconic Cazes family, pioneers of organic and biodynamic winemaking in the sunny south of France, this 2008 Muscat de Rivesaltes is a beautifully matured dessert wine showing the harmony that only time can deliver.
In the glass, it shines a deep amber-gold, hinting at the richness to come. The nose is intensely aromatic with sun-drenched apricot, candied citrus peel, acacia honey and a whisper of toasted almond. On the palate, it is sumptuous yet poised, layering ripe stonefruit, marmalade, lavender and warm spice over a silky texture. Its natural sweetness is perfectly balanced by clean acidity, giving the wine lift, length and a lingering, luxurious finish.
