92/100 | James Suckling
90/100 | Wine Enthusiast
Pouilly-Fumé is typically known for its bright, fruity flavour and hints of smokiness. This lovely glass of pouilly fume delivers just that and more. There's a nice line of minerality and complexity with floral and smoky characters in harmony - definitely a lot going on in the glass here.
A great food wine to pair with seafood dishes or something with a lick of saltiness. Yum!

James Suckling writes "A delicious, sanguine and lively white. It shows aromas of grapefruit, quince peel, fresh herbs and some wet stones. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. Plenty of juicy and succulent character. Refreshing yet serious, with a crisp and flavorful finish."
Wine Enthusiast writes "This is a solid Pouilly-Fumé. The wine has an enticing nose of pink grapefruit, dried lemon peel, green apple and ripe green pear. Bright acidity leads on the palate that balances chalk-dusted orchard fruit and ripe crab apple."
The winery writes "This Pouilly Fumé is harvested on chalky-clay slopes. Charming and flattering, this wine presents a floral and smoky character which contributes to its harmony. Its typicity is expressed through its elegance, fruity aroma, roundness and persistence."
