Blackenbrook are a small, family-run winery in the Nelson region. They take a 'quality over quantity' approach to winemaking and, as well as being an accredited sustainable winegrowing producer, most of their wines are also unfined and vegan.
This is a superb example of gewurz. It's off-dry with characteristic flavours of rose petal and spice. Mouthfilling and lingering, this is an excellent partner for your next curry.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A lovely bouquet, fine and fragrant, varietal, classic and perfumed. Aromas and flavours of apples and citrus, exotic tropical fruits and jasmine flowers. There’s a touch of elderflower and white spice wrapped in a satin textured mouthfeel. Flavours of roses and lemon, apple and pear, some lavender and white spices. A lovely example, refreshing and very stylish."
