Small Batch Gin proudly made in the Bay of Islands in the far north of New Zealand. Black Collar Distillery carefully sources only the best natural ingredients to make their spirits and distills spirits in a traditional copper pot still named Frankie, which was crafted in Europe.
The natural botanicals are macerated in alcohol overnight prior to distillation to enhance their individual flavour. This produces a gin that is well rounded with just the right amount of floral and earthy notes. The gin is made in a traditional 100% copper pot still which is directly heated by flame. There’s no vapour infusion, no water baths, no essences, no artificial flavourings. Black Collar Distillery makes gin their way so that it bursts with flavour and happiness.
