CLASSIC PAYS d'OC ROSÉ
GOLD MEDAL | Vinalies Wine Awards 2025
FIVE STARS 93/100 | Sam Kim, Wine Orbit - "Beautifully pitched acidity, finishing lingering and elegant"
Inspired by the mineral perfumes and dryness of the Mediterranean, this is delicately flavoured rosé from Bijou Wines - an excellent small batch producer in the South of France. Showcasing lovely aromas of berries, citrus and floral honeysuckle, it is beautifully pale, light and crisp on the palate and great buying at just $16.99.
While perfect as an aperitif, pair with simple poultry or shellfish dishes for a match made in heaven.

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "It's delicately fragrant on the nose, with notes of Gala apple, nectarine, lemon peel, and a hint of sweet strawberry. The palate displays fine focus and a linear mouthfeel, brilliantly framed by beautifully pitched acidity, finishing lingering and elegant."
The winery writes "This is a French rosé without the hefty price tag. And it’s made in Provence! The Bijou Terre de Providence Rosé is a delicately still wine featuring bright aromas of berries, floral honeysuckle and citrus. The palate is light and crisp, rolling over the tongue with frivolity, and ending on a smooth finish. Just like all the rosés on this list, this wine is a perfect aperitif, but, if you must pair it, we recommend a simple poultry dish that’s not too overdone."
