This gin is kind of a big dill. Distilled with classic pickling botanicals - coriander, fennel, bay leaf, pepper, caraway, lemon zest, and of course, mountains of dill - plus a few honest-to-goodness pickles thrown in for good measure, it’s savoury, tangy, and absolutely unapologetic.
Made for Pickletinis (see recipe below), pickle G&Ts, Bloody Marys, and Pickle Spritzes, it’s the gin that demands snacks on the side. Salty, savoury, and brimming with personality, Big Dill is the ultimate partner in crime for cocktail hour and a fridge raid.
Pickletini Recipe:
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add 60ml Big Dill Gin, 15ml dry vermouth, and 30ml pickle brine (our rec is a pickle with both a bit of sweetness and spice)
Stir well for about 20 seconds to chill and combine.
Strain into a chilled martini glass (or whatever you're using!)
Garnish with a pickle spear or slice.

Aromatic waves of caraway, dill, and coriander lead the way, reminiscent of the gins namesake. On the palate, warm spice coats the tongue, while bright juniper and a tingling freshness dance around the mouth. The finish is long, clean, and lingering, with caraway and aniseed imparting a slight sweetness before ending distinctly dry.
