What a winner this Beach House blend is. This is robustly weighted, dense and powerful wine from a producer who always puts a lot of flavour in the bottle. The 2021 is already approachable but will be a cellar star for those who chose to lay this deserving wine down. It's an absolutely amazing bargain for anyone looking for top flight Hawkes Bay red wine at an affordable price point.

Tasting Notes
Vinted from 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% malbec and 10% cabernet franc. Punchy dark fruit flavours are underpinned by firm tannin structure and creamy rounded acidity on the finish.
The winery writes "Cassis, blackberry, tar, and tobacco aromas lead into a powerful, brooding and intense palate that seems to go on forever. A muscular, dark beast that would be spectacular alongside a rare Wagyu eye fillet."
Bob Campbell MW writes "Deep, almost inky red with dark-fleshed plum, liquorice, chocolate/mocha, dark berries and spicy oak flavours. Needs time to integrate and develop flavours and to mellow the texture. Serious red."
