One of the world's most famous bitters, this iconic Italian liqueur is made by soaking fruit rinds, herbs, among other ingredients in its base spirit, before adding caramel for rich sweetness. Most commonly used as an after dinner aperitif, straight or over ice, but also a great addition to a cocktail maker's kit.
