Long considered one of New Zealand's finest wine producers, Astrolabe has developed a reputation most of the other premium Sauvignon players would give their right arm for.
Winemaker Simon Waghorn describes the Taihoa as his most unique Sauvignon Blanc. Grapes from the terraced, coastal Taihoa vineyard sites are wild fermented in oak puncheons, resulting in a textural and complex wine that will age gracefully. Simply sublime.
