VERY LIMITED STOCKS
93/100 'Excellent' | Cameron Douglas MS
The new bottle and livery for this exciting small batch chenin promises much and the palate delivers with a burst of tangy, medium-dry tropical fruit flavours with an obvious mineral thread and a finish that sings with fresh acidity. Though certainly enjoyable now, this wine will come into its own in 2-3 years when that acidity has settled and the lemon honey aspects of good chenin blanc start to shine through. Highly recommended.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Aromas and flavours of fresh apples and green pears, there's a distinctive layer of minerality offering stone. White flowers and and some sweet lemon complete the bouquet. High acidity, salivating and fresh with persistent flavours and textures."
The winery writes "Apple, green strawberries, blossom, pineapple, pear and elderflower. Medium-bodied, with good acidity and a light spritziness, giving flavours of red apple, nectarine and honeysuckle. Delicious when youthful but has strong maturation potential."
