This is 100% certified organic Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris from the Mangatahi sub-region to the south of Hastings. It's a delightful example of well made skin contact wine that balances the plusher characters of ripe pinot gris with fresh acidity and the tannin / structure than skin contact brings. Everything is harmonious here. Highly recommended.

This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!
