Delightful Central Otago Gris from one of the best winemaking teams in the region. Loaded with lovely spiced apple and pear characters that come balanced with fresh ginger on the finish. Partial fermentation in French oak has added complexity and texture. Great value.
The winery writes "Enticing aromas of pear, white peach and fresh linens on the nose. Lychee, blackcurrant and hints of nutmeg on the palate with a salty acidity and fine texture. Elegantly balanced and persistent with a lingering zesty finish. Leans more Pinot Grigio in style than Pinot Gris. "
