Steve Bennett MW, NZ Wine Rater writes "Restrained but interesting bouquet with subtle aromas of lemons, apple, peach, baking spice and a hint of vanilla pod. Bone dry, very restrained and tight on the palate with prominent acidity but good length and drive."
The winery writes "Lightly coloured shimmering hue, with soft aromas of stone-fruit, florals and lightning strike. Medium bodied Chardonnay with wet stone, white peach and citrusy notes and a distinct peach pit character. A nicely balanced palate that is fresh and pure."
