The Paddy Borthwick Sauvignon Blanc is a bold and expressive take on Wairarapa Sauvignon, grown in the cool-climate foothills of the Tararua Ranges. It jumps out of the glass with vibrant aromas of nectarine, passionfruit, and citrus, layered with subtle herbal notes and a touch of flinty minerality.
On the palate, it’s packed with juicy stone fruit, lemon-lime acidity, and hints of gooseberry, pineapple, and fresh-cut hay. There’s lovely weight and texture from time on lees, adding a creamy feel that balances the zippy acidity. It’s fresh, energetic, and super drinkable. Drink now through 2027.

Cameron Douglas writes "Complex and enticing bouquet with a core scent of mineral and clay, then aromas of fresh citrus and red apple, quite pure fruited and fragrant, lifted and distinctive, Flavours on the palate reflect the bouquet led by lemon and apple, gooseberry and roasted pineapple then peach and hay. Great texture and overall mouthfeel, a wine to chill and drink of summer 2025 and through 2027"
Sam Kim writes "Fresh and inviting, the bouquet shows Granny Smith apple, nectarine, lemon zest, and jasmine notes, leading to a flavoursome palate that's vibrant and lively. Upfront and fruit-expressive, offering terrific drinking. At its best: now to 2027. "
Candice Chow writes "Bursting with ripe fruit and texture, the creamy mouthfeel flows along with fine-textured phenolics and invigorating acidity, lend s a crisp, savoury, moreish finish."
