Lovely reserve level chardonnay hailing from the glorious Haute Vallee de I'Aude, the coolest of all the Mediterranean regions of France. There's truckloads of complexity, texture and weight as a result of ageing in French wood for 6 months. So good that Bob Campbell MW deemed it the #1 French Chardonnay earlier this year. Delectable.
