The winery writes "Handpicked and gently whole bunch pressed the free run pressings were fermented cool and kept cool to retain the aromas and flavours of red apple, sherbet and lime. The acid and residual sugar do a dance on the palate producing a moreish finish that keeps you topping up your glass. Made aromatic, light and lifted, ethereal!"
