Vinted from 80% viura and 20% tempranillo blanco, this is a great pick showcasing a lovely unique nose. On the palate its citrusy, with an oily finish. Fresh salads, grilled fish and young cheeses would go perfectly with this wine. If you are a fan of dry, textural pinot gris or viognier - you will adore it.
