Swift Wines are a boutique winemaking operation, with a focus on making quality, minimal intervention wines with maximum varietal expression.
Hand picked, foot crushed, naturally fermented and aged in neutral oak to soften for 8 months — the 2022 Cabernet Franc is wonderfully crunchy juicy and very moreish. No effort was spared in the winemaking process, and the result is an absolutely delicious wine with a lot going on in the glass. Hat's off to Swift Wines.
