This is fresh and crunchy rosé, primarily blended from skin-fermented pinot gris and whole bunch fermented syrah. A touch of pinot noir add a hint of cherry complexity and a slight silkiness to the palate, but this is a firm, structured wine with tannic grip and a nice funkiness from the whole bunch component. It's loaded with minerality and dry, chalky notes. A must try rosé for lo fi aficionados.
This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!
