Built on a classic blend of 70% grenache, 20% syrah and 10% mourvèdre, it leans into Gigondas’ wild side - think sun-warmed berries, crushed herbs, and a hint of earthy spice. There’s richness here, but it’s kept in check by structure and a quiet savoury thread that runs through the palate. The tannins are firm but polished, giving the wine shape without weighing it down.
