Esporão Colheita White is a fresh, organic white from Herdade do Esporão in Alentejo, made from gouveio, roupeiro, viosinho, and verdelho. The grapes come from estate vineyards on granite and schist soils, and are picked early to keep the wine bright and lively. Part of the fermentation takes place in concrete vats, which helps keep the flavours clean and focused. The wine then rests on fine lees for a few months, adding a bit of texture and softness without losing freshness.
It’s pale straw in colour with a slight green tint. On the nose there’s lemon, white fruit, and a hint of green herbs. The palate is fresh and easygoing, with crisp acidity, a touch of creaminess, and a clean mineral edge. The finish is bright and refreshing. A versatile wine that works well with grilled prawns, vegetable dishes, salads, or simple seafood.

Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast writes "A fresh wine, with a touch of toast as well as fine, layered acidity and grapefruit flavors. A summer meadow aroma brings a touch of warmth to this wine that is ready to drink."
The winery writes "Clear, straw colour with golden hues. Intense, exuberant, with predominant notes of stone fruit. Elegant and fresh with a long and vibrant finish."
