It's hard to go past a bottle of aged rioja, particularly when it's a premium drop like Vina Valoria Reserve. Aged in American oak and with a few years under its belt now, it's in prime drinking condition and will make fans of the variety very happy.
The winery writes "Ruby red colour with russet undertones. Aromas of fruit liquor, spices and coffee. On the palate it is full of flavour with balsamic, spicy overtones and a smoothness characteristic of aged Rioja wine with a long finish."
