Tohu have done it again. Their aim is to capture the essence of the region with each varietal and this is a prime example of a smooth, full-bodied Hawkes Bay Merlot. They've nailed the blackberry and cocoa flavours and the fine, silky tannins are the cherry on top. Trust us, this is a goodie.
