The nose is vibrantly full and bright, with aromas of gooseberry, lime, stonefruit, melon, herbs, white spice and a hint of sea spray. Medium-bodied, aromas of gooseberry, lime, stonefruit and melon are ripe, intertwined with dill and white pepper. The fruit is lovely and ripe with good concentration; mouth-watering acidity softly flows with subtle spices and saline. A delicious, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with ripe fruit and zing."
