Robust tour de force barrel fermented chardonnay from one of the original Gimblett Gravels stars. Vinted from the spectacular 2021 vintage, this is boldly styled premium wine with real weight and presence and those delicious creamy butterscotch flavours that fans of traditional Hawke's Bay Chardonnay adore. Expect silken mouthfeel, some lovely toasty oak complexity and a long, persistent finish. 

This wonderful single vineyard wine is already drinking well but comes with proven cellar provenance. Enjoy now or cellar with confidence over the coming decade.
