The whisky itself is an absolute joy. You're first greeted with rich malty whisky, followed by sweet layers of smooth caramel and a hint of Marlborough sea salt. The mouthfeel was our favourite part of the taste test, the silky saltiness of the dram coats your mouth and dances across the senses.
