Black Collar's Spiced Rum is made at their Bay of Islands distillery where they have a storeroom full of carefully selected natural spices that they've sourced from around the globe.

They combine these natural spices with our aged Black Collar Rum and allow the flavours as much time as they need to marry perfectly.
