This unique gin is created by steeping the smooth spice tones from Guajillo Chillis. The steeping brings out savoury, chocolatey notes, which are then balanced with candied jalapeno heat for a sweet, spicy finish.
This gin has all the good qualities of spice, warming and tingly with the subtle alluring flavours of a good quality chilli. Balanced by the freshness of juniper and citrus, making it great for pairing with sweet mixers and as an extraordinary way to spice up classic cocktails.

The distillery writes "A bit of heat on a hot day, insert classic cocktail here but make it spicy. Make it kick. Did she just do that? A little sting, a little burn just to make you know you are alive. Our Guajillo gin is made with chocolatey, mole toned Guajillo dried chilli’s steeped over time and balanced with our in house fire water, candied Jalapeno Chillis to make it sing."
