Tasting Notes
This gin is very fruity, with a lovely fresh sweetness to it. With notes of mandarin, yuzu, orange bitters, and cinnamon aromas. Sweetness from the foraged gorse flower, and enticing spices on the palate. Followed by a slight tartness of passionfruit, ginger and hibiscus on the finish. Keep in mind, the natural colouring can fade - so best to keep out of direct sunlight.
