Dr Beak Umeshu Gin 500ml

This limited release gin liqueur is Dr Beak's take on a traditional Japanese Umeshu, and is crafted by steeping green ume fruit in their New Zealand Garden Gin for ten months. Think almond, apricot, and floral notes. Just lovely.
