Sons of Eden co-owners, Corey Ryan (who “cut his teeth” as winemaker at Henschke for 10 years) and Simon Cowham (ex-viticulturist at Yalumba) can do no wrong. Named producer of the the year 3 times in the last 5 years at the Barossa Wine Show, Sons of Eden will feature in any conversation of the hottest winemaking teams in Australia today. 

The Kennedy is a classic blend of old vine Barossa Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre varieties. Named as a tribute to the legendary Barossa Vignerons who pioneered the planting of the old treasured vineyards, which the Barossa enjoys today. The Grenache fruit is the 'soul' of this blend and is from an exceptionally low yielding 50+ year-old Light Pass vineyard. Originally planted by the Kennedy Family, with ownership eventually being passed onto the charismatic Leo 'Joe' Kennedy  who nurtured the vines for many years, selling his prized fruit to local winemakers.

This plush, generously framed wine has become a smash hit with our premium red buyers - so much so that stocks continually sell through no matter how much we buy!  It's exciting stuff and you need it in your life.
