Harmonious and balanced, it's sumptuous and structured with a prolonged delectable finish. At its best: now to 2036."
Cameron Douglas MS writes "A classic bouquet and palate with blackberry and spiced dark plums, some chocolate and a moment of licorice then baking spices of nutmeg and cinnamon. On the palate firm tannins and medium+ acid line underpin a core of ripe red berry fruits and plum. There’s a toasty tobacco quality and crumbled stone flavours suggestion adding complexity and length. Dry-ish on the finish with best drinking from 2023 through 2029."
