With no sugar added to the dosage, this supremely elegant champagne delights with delicate stone fruit aromas, brioche characters and a long, complex finish. It's crisp, dry and refreshing, making it a wonderful match with fresh seafood. As renowned Master Sommelier, Cameron Douglas MS, so aptly puts it  - "this is totally delicious champagne" - and we're inclined to agree.
