Deen de Bortoli Vat 8 Shiraz 2018 - Ray Jordan, Ray Jordan's Top 100 Red Wine, writes "De Bortoli Deen Vat 8 Shiraz 2018 showcases complexity beyond its price point and is a drop that defies expectations. Drawing its fruit from the Heathcote and Hilltops regions, it packs a generous middle palate of sweet fruit and oak. At a score of 93/100, it stands tall among its peers, defying conventions of affordable wines."
Paloma Tempranillo 2020 - "This is beautifully fruited and fragrant on the nose showing blackcurrant, thyme, roasted nut and a hint of cocoa notes. The succulent palate offers fleshy texture and ripe fruit intensity together with silky tannins, making it immediately approachable and drinkable."
Les Petite Jamelles Rosé 2022 - The winery writes "With its pale pink colour, this wine is brilliant in aspect. It is extremely fruity and fragrant, with powerful aromas of strawberry, sour cherry and grenadine along with citrus notes (pink grapefruit). It is extremely fresh and easy-drinking, bold, round and long on the palate with flavours reminiscent of fruit drop candies, peach and redcurrant, finishing on a note of grapefruit."

An aromatic upstart that will duel for your affection with juicy peach and melon flavours to be so more than your holiday romance."
Theory & Practice Viognier 2021 - "This is highly aromatic viognier with notes of burnt orange peel, apricot kernel, sweet citrus and smokey nuances. The palate is very lush and textural - amplifying those bouquet notes with additional characters of spicy fresh mandarin, tropical fruits and toasty oak. The finish is long and rewarding with softly rounded acidity."
Shelter Bay Chardonnay 2022 - "A bright, pale lemon colour with reflections of gold. Grapefruit, lime and fig combine with subtle mineral notes and softer, lees driven aromatics. The palate follows in flavor profile with plenty of citrus and regional stonefruit characters. Layers of creamy acidity bring length and freshness."
