An excellent pinot from the Misha's Vineyard team. Fruit is handpicked from their pictuesque vineyard on the shores of Lake Dunstan and given every attention in the winery. It's a lovely savoury rendition with fresh acidity on the finish. Very highly recommended.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "An enticing bouquet with aromas of ripe red berry fruits and dried herb layered between scents of oak and toasty wood spices, a dark rose & earthy quality. On the palate -equally enticing with a core of pinosity centering on red berry and plum, dark florals and savoury undertones. Layers of oak and baking spices adding depth and complexity. Firm youthful tannins with a chalk-like texture, plenty of acidity and overall solid structure. Lengthy, detailed and dry finish. Decantfor service-slightly cooler than you might ordinarily prepare a Pinot Noir&enjoy from today through 2026."
Michael Cooper writes "Estate-grown at Bendigo, in the Cromwell Basin, the impressive 2018 vintage (5*) was hand-pickedfrom15-year-old vines, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for a year in French oak hogsheads (37 per cent new). Deep ruby, it is fragrant, very savoury and smooth, with mouth-filling body and concentrated, ripe cherry, plum, spice and nut flavours, showing excellent complexity and harmony. Already approachable, it should break into full stride from 2022 onwards.”
