The winery writes "The final blend was composed from 56% Merlot, 29% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. This fine Merlot Cabernet blend has lovely blackcurrant and boysenberry aromas and flavours, complemented with subtle liquorice, leather and spice complexity and a lingering nutmeg finish. Matured in quality French oak for nineteen months, it is approachable and will pair perfectly with your favourite pasta dish."
