De Bortoli have hit it out of the park with the Woodfired Heathcote Shiraz. It's a big, gutsy red jam packed with dark fruit and hints of spice to round it out.
This wine was made to be drunk with a well-seasoned ribeye steak. We reckon it's a match made in heaven. Enjoy.
The winery writes "Deep red with purple edge. Plump, dark fruits, fennel and olive spice, dark chocolate. Soft, rich, plump, balanced tannin, cured meats, wild spice, authentically Heathcote."
