This is vibrant wine with some generous fruit weight bringing texture to the palate - but this wine is all about the clean chardonnay flavours and fresh minerality that the Maconnais region is so famous for. The 2022 is the perfect aperitif to accompany salty finger foods, but it also has the balance and complexity to pair well with poultry, grilled fish, or ratatouille.
