Produced from hand harvested, whole-bunch pressed Mendoza grapes, this is wonderfully satisfying, complex Gisborne Chardonnay with the most distinct Golden Queen peach character that we can remember tasting. Full malolactic-fermentation has delivered boatloads of creamy butterscotch characters, with those punchy peach flavours shining throughout. Throw in some obvious oak spice and lingering fresh acidity on the finish, and it's blatantly obvious that this wine was not meant to sell for $14.99.
