Benchmark Cotes du Ventoux from one of the great Southern Rhone producers.
From the makers of the famed Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape comes this acclaimed Ventoux red. Often cited by wine writers as 'one of the best value wines in the world', this skillfully blended wine is one of the most user-friendly reds we sell. It's the ultimate 'pleasure wine' - soft, smooth and proudly middleweight - and after one glass you will understand why this special wine has become such a favourite with the Advintage Faithful.
The good news is that 2020 is another great vintage on the slopes of Mont Ventoux and this affordable wine gives you the chance to taste the fruits of the region's best producer in a very good year. If you are a fan of New Zealand Pinot Noir, you will love it. Climb in.
An easy-drinking blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah that is fermented in cement vats then aged for 10 months in large oak barrels and cement vats.
The winery writes "Nice nose with notes of red fruit and Morello cherries. Very fresh, with soft tannins, it offers a nice balance and great complexity in the mouth and a long finish."
Silky, smooth blend with a hint of spice.
We loved this one last year. So glad you've gotten it back in!
