Light yellow gold with tiny bubbles and a fine rim of bead. The toasty, yeasty bouquet is reminiscent of Champagne and it is vibrantly fresh, bright and effervescent in the mouth with lemon mousse and delectable nutty savoury yeasty notes. A mouthfilling style made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with 18 months on yeast lees, it has a deliciously satisfying creamy finish and lingering nuances of stonefruit, marmite and toasted brioche.
