Tasting Notes
Pacific Coast Mokohinau New Zealand Gin 700ml - "The Mokohinau is a handcrafted, premium, quintessentially New Zealand gin. Featuring locally sourced, steep-macerated botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, kawakawa, and pine needles. Sustainable New Zealand Kelp is also introduced, which adds a moreish salinity. All of the above is balanced with citrus, cinnamon, and cardamom to bring a bright, complex profile, with a long refreshing finish."
Pacific Coast Pohutukawa Bay Pink Berry Gin 700ml - "They steep and macerate strawberries and raspberries at different points in the distillation process, resulting in a complex and delicious taste that will leave your taste buds dancing. Their careful method creates a refreshing and lively gin bursting with the flavours of real fruit."
Fever Tree LIGHT Mediterranean Tonic - The Light Mediterranean Tonic is made with less quinine than other tonics which, with the addition of rosemary and lemon thyme, produces a much lighter, more fragrant tonic. On top of that, by using fruit sugars to develop a lighter tonic water and blending subtle botanical flavours with spring water and highest-quality quinine, it has still retained the distinctively clean, crisp character, but with 46% fewer calories.
